I am glad today's workout, Cardio Recovery, was less cardio intensive. I don't think my heart was ready for another tough day of cardio. Regardless, this does not mean the workout is easy - I was sweating by the end of the workout but with a more controlled heart rate.
The main focus of the workout was slow movements to strengthen the legs and buttocks (in my opinion)- mostly the thighs. This is great because when I used to go to the gym, I hated working out my legs and now by following this program, I am forced to do it :D.
How do I feel after 4 days of Insanity?
I'll go ahead and itemize them:
1. My legs are a little sore
2. My calves are a little sore
3. My shoulders are a little sore
4. My upper and lower back are a little sore
5. My abs are NOT sore
6. My feet are sore
7. I feel good exercising and workout out. There is more motivation with these videos!!!
