I have one question about the "Pure Cardio" workout: What happened to the 30 second breaks?????
Throughout the workout I did not see there were any 30 second breaks. This doesn't mean I didn't take any breaks - I actually took plenty. However, today I can definitely say I brought it. I tried my best to keep up with the workouts, took breaks when I felt my heart going too fast and pushed myself to do a couple of more reps after being burned out.
I do have a doubt though, am I supposed to pause the video when I take additional breaks and pick up where I left off? Or, should I just let the video roll and jump right back in? Today, I paused it for the most part, but in the last few days I just let the video run.
Let's talk about the workout. It starts of with a warm-up (which I did better today) and then it goes and does it faster for a couple of times. It later goes through some other new moves which were pretty good.
It feels great so far to be able to workout at home without weights.
Another youtube video from GetFitReedman so you can see how hard it is
